MULLET BAY--BlueMarina residences is a new project from the Maho Resort Group, under construction on a hill overlooking Mullet Bay. The project is almost 75 per cent sold, based on a press statement from the developer.
The condominiums starting price is US $195,000. “Harmonious incorporation of the natural surroundings was a key factor in designing BlueMarina. The development is ideal for holiday travellers, according to the developer.
BlueMarina comprises four townhouse-style buildings, each with 15 to 17 condo apartments, feature gardens, large free-form swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and Italian finishes. The eight two-storey, three-bedroom townhouses are priced beginning at US $695,000.
A brainchild of the Maho Resort Group, BlueMarina is located near the airport, just down the main road to AquaMarina, its sister residential development.
