Girl from Anguilla
robbed of jewellery
PHILIPSBURG--A seventeen-year-old girl from Anguilla was robbed of a gold necklace and bracelet Saturday afternoon.
C.F.H. was walking on Cyrus Wathey Square in the vicinity of Burger King around 5:00pm Saturday when she was attacked by three men who escaped with her jewellery.
She provided the police with descriptions of her assailants, said police spokesman Chief Inspector Johan “Janchi” Leonard. Investigations into this case are ongoing.
