PHILIPSBURG--The Bureau of Constitutional Affairs (BCA) has announced that Country St. Maarten’s draft constitution is now available online for download in the English language at the Bureau of Constitutional Affairs’ (BCA) Website www.countrysintmaarten.org .

PHILIPSBURG--Delegations of St. Maarten and Curaçao Island Council members will be leaving for the Netherlands on Sunday for a study visit.
