Dear Editor,
I am so sick and tired of seeing two restaurants on Kim Sha beach burning fires on a daily basis. Why is this being allowed? Where is the law? How can our government allow this?
Dog pooh is already all over, in particular, Simpson Bay beach. Now that is a different story that I guess will continue because nobody is doing anything. I am the lone voice in the wilderness. No use going to Government. They simply do not care. All they care about is destroying what's left of Sweet St. Maarten land, and enriching their family and relatives.
I know perhaps that this letter won't help much at all. It will only fall on deaf ears, but I say to you Madam Prime Minister, this has to stop.
Whoever is responsible for granting these two restaurants their licenses, should inform these individuals that this should stop immediately.
And, those of you who let your dogs litter our beaches and you just simply bury the pooh under the white sand, I have you on camera and I will show it soon on AVS nightly news
K.H.
