  I have a friend who is always late for everything. Mostly that’s her problem, but when we go somewhere together she makes me late too. I’m just about fed up with having to wait for her all the time.

Dear Punctual,

  Tell your friend you will leave without her if she is late, and do it. If she depends on you for transportation that’s her problem, as you said. And if you depend on her for transportation make alternative arrangements and don’t wait for her.
