Dear Queenie,

  My boyfriend says he loves me but very often he doesn’t answer the phone when I call and lots of times he has stood me up for a date. If I say anything about it he makes some excuse like he fell asleep of he forgot or he was visiting a friend in the hospital or some such thing.

  Queenie, my question to you is: should I keep hoping he will learn to do better or just give up on him?—Can’t decide

  Apparently this guy only loves you when he doesn’t have anything else he would rather be doing. My question to you is: Why would you want to waste another minute waiting around for him? And my answer is: You shouldn’t.
