PHILIPSBURG--Eleven members of the St. Maarten Drag Racing Association completed a Parliamentary Procedures Course held at the St. Maarten Sport Federation Office. The course is designed to help sport administrators understand and apply the rules for conducting meetings so the gatherings are effective, time efficient and important decisions can be made.
Completing the course were Joseph Woods, Stella Richardson, Shakrita Richardson, Jean Claude Bryan, Leroy Liburd, Robert Gumbs, Charles Benders, Minerva Rumnit, Carlos Richardson Raymond Connor and Ann-Marie Kennedy.
Teaching the course were John Hodge and Sinatra Rouse.
