PHILIPSBURG--The No Limits of St. Peters blasted Zagersgut Ballers in the Cadet Division of the Soualiga Youth Basketball Association competition at L.B. Scott Sports Auditorium yesterday. No Limits led 18-14 at the half and went on to win 39-28.
The Soualiga Youth Basketball Association competition features three divisions of play, including Minis 12 years and under, Cadets 13 to 15 years and Juniors 19 years and under.
In the Junior Division Middle Region Saints tipped off against Betty's Estate Titans. The Titans led 26-21 and ran out of gas. Saints rolled to victory 43-37.
In the third game Monday, a junior Division match up, Cay Hill Celtics were to tip off against the Dutch Quarter Rebels. Celtics had not paid the competition fees so were prevented from playing. Rebels were awarded the win.
Action continues with three games this afternoon. At 4:30pm in the Cadet Division Saints take on the Celtics. In the Minis Robbie Stars tip off against Cross Over Boyz and in the Junior Division RCM from St. Martin go up against Wild Cats.
