Staying healthy requires more than just eating the right foods; doing exercise is obviously crucial! If you want to enjoy your workout while burning some calories, you have to experience the stimulating rhythms and work out at the "Boot Camp" class at Princess Country Club.
The workout is one hour and consists of the warm up, the boot camp mini-circuit and the cool down. The mini-circuit targets the entire body, and you will be only 1 or 2 minutes in each station. Before you know it, the fun is over and so is the pain!
In each station of the training, you should perform a different exercise: crunches, planks, hello dollies. This will be followed by easy workouts like push ups, pull ups and squats. Also cardio exercise as well as short muscle building routine (biceps, triceps, obliques) will be enjoyed during the session.
The combination of strength-training and cardio exercises can put you on the right path to your dream body. The focus of the workouts is to perform a fitness routine that benefits the entire body – both heart and muscles – by sequentially practicing one exercise after the other. These workouts are incredibly effective because they work many muscle groups simultaneously, which in turn elevates the heart rate and burns more calories and fat. If you keep going, you will get leaner physique, flatter abs and a toned body. The exercise drills will help you to whip your body into shape. A must try!
Boot Camp lessons are every Monday and Friday from 9:00 to 10:00am. Also every Wednesday you can relax with yoga from 6 to 7pm.
