An introduction to the new Le Shore!

DSC03016~ Bigger and Better ~

The awesome vibe continues bigger and better at the new Le Shore location. This is a club/lounge/restaurant/beach bar with a "dual personality" as general manager and resident star DJ Lorenzo puts it. By day, envision yourself relaxed and enjoying the calmness and sounds of the beach, lounging to chill lounge music, nice food, the tranquillity of the day on a beautiful stretch of 1,000 metres of beach on various types of comfy lounge chairs, being served some of the best sushi the island has to offer, or Mediterranean French/Thai delights, luscious cocktails and everything being right in the world. The restaurant features two bars: one beach bar and one main bar for the restaurant which seats up to 100 people indoors.

A young chef from France, Quentin Merlet is a sort of prodigy; he's a talent fixing up delicious dishes that are Le Shore's own unique blend of traditional French-Mediterranean and Thai flavours. The establishment prides itself on importing only the freshest ingredients for all its dishes right from the source, whether it's the handmade ice-creams made by a guy living high in the mountains of France, tomatoes from Spain, or mozzarella from Italy, ingredients are authentic and offer a high quality dining experience. Lorenzo goes on to say that, although the establishment has put its best foot forward in every little detail, it's not as expensive as one may think.

They wish everybody to have good quality for their money at Le Shore; whether it's quality food, quality service, quality drinks or an overall quality experience at their beautiful new location. Le Shore has also added amazing Sushi to its menu; they have a special sushi chef who studied the art in Japan and brings his culinary expertise to the establishment. Not only that, the service must be mentioned as employees are dedicated to their job and put out their best behind the bar, on the floor, on the beach, and whatever task they have. "They are all heavily appreciated; without their professionalism and loyalty, we couldn't have done it," mentions Lorenzo.

By night, the location's personality changes, it gets dark, the chic white décor is enhanced, the music has a bit more energy to it, the DJ works the crowd to dance the night away to a vibe of happiness and openness, the drinks are flowing and everyone is free at the bar, on the dance floor and at their tables on the beach. This is definitely the place to get your glam on and go all out.

New to Le Shore's roster is its Friday nights with live music by the awesome Latin Sugar Band from 8:00 to 11:00pm; Saturday continues with the biggest party on the French side with Elektro Chock; chill out on Sunday with smooth tunes from a live band; and on Monday, the biggest Mojito Party continues better than ever!

Guests have been turning out in large numbers (1,000-2,000 per night) in the two weeks they've been open. It's obvious that patrons old and new LOVE the bigger and better Le Shore!

Be glamorous and party at the new Le Shore, you're going to love it. Le Shore is located at Sandy Bay, Nettle Bay. For more information, please contact: 0690 22 25 25. E-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
