Cory Session, the brother of Tim Cole, the first person in the United States to be exonerated posthumously on DNA evidence looks at a newly erected historical marker dedicated to the exoneree near Cole's gravesite in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas on Sunday. Cole was wrongly convicted of raping a Texas Tech University student in 1986 and was sentenced to twenty-five years in prison where he remained until his death in 1999.
